How can I contact DeadRare?
The best way to connect DeadRare is through our Discord.

What is 'Floor' price?
The 'floor' price is the lowest available price for an NFT in the collection. The 'floor' price is specific to the site and will differ on others.
Why does it cost 1 $ALPH to list an NFT on the marketplace?
It costs 1 $ALPH to create a smart contract on the Alephium blockchain. This is the network storage fee and is set by the Alephium core team. The $ALPH is stored in the smart contract, and you get it back when the NFT is sold, or you delist.
Why is the mint price 'mint price +1'?
It costs 1 $ALPH to create a smart contract on the Alephium blockchain. This is the network storage fee and is set by the Alephium core team. The $ALPH is stored in the smart contract. Each NFT minted to the blockchain is a smart contract in itself. This applies to each individual NFT minted. For example if you mint 2x NFT's (5 $ALPH each) in one transaction, it will cost 5 + 1 + 5 + 1 = 12 $ALPH.
What is the average sale statistic?
This is the average sale price on a collection over a 24hr period.
How do I delist/ update the price of an existing listing?
Go to the 'my stuff' section on the site. Under the 'wallet' tab, you'll be able to see NFTs currently listed on your account. Select the NFT you wish to delist/ update the price. The index card will appear where you can choose to delist or change the price. Update this and approve the change in your Alephium wallet.
If you need further help, contact a manager in our support channel on discord.

I sold an NFT and haven't received the funds. How long does it take to receive them?
DeadRare uses smart contracts for all its trades, sending payments instantly. You can find a record of it in the 'transactions' tab on explorer.
When I click sell, I get a spinning circle, and nothing happens. What's going on?
This usually means its one of three things:
[1] You haven't set an asking price for your NFT.
[2] You need to approve the transaction in your Alephium wallet.
[3] you need to have some $ALPH in your wallet to pay the gas fee.
Is my auction up indefinitely on the site?
Yes, a listing ends when the NFT is purchased, or the user withdraws the listing.
Why does the owner address change on my NFT?
When you list your NFT on the site, the owner's address is transferred to the marketplace's address. Meaning whilst your NFT is listed, its owner address will not match yours. You can delist at any time.
What is a transaction hash?
If you have an issue, a DeadRare manager will ask you for a transaction hash. Consider this a receipt of purchase, sale or interaction on the blockchain.
What are 'Gas fees' ?
Every interaction that happens on the site occurs on the Alephium Blockchain. Alephium has a fee for every transaction on the blockchain. You will be charged for this, but the $ALPH fee is minimal. FYI: you will require $ALPH in your wallet to use the site otherwise errors will occur.
Where do I find the transaction hash?
DeadRare displays the transaction hash of every interaction on the site. Your activity can be found in 'my stuff' under the activity tab. The transaction hash is displayed as a link emote.
My offer has disappeared, and I haven't received an NFT or my $ALPH. What's happened?
Offers work similarly to sales discussed earlier. The usual case is that the NFT you have an offer on is withdrawn or sold. Your offer is returned immediately at this point, and the transaction is shown in your "transactions" on the explorer.
I'm having an issue delisting or withdrawing an offer.
This could be due to several things:
[1] - First, try disconnecting your wallet and reconnecting.
[2] - You need to sign a transaction in your Alephium wallet to confirm the withdrawal.
[3] - It can often be a cache issue as well. Clear your cache on your browser or open up an incognito window and try again.
